Welcome to join Formosa 7s. Before registering for our event, please carefully review the following Terms of Service:
<\/strong><\/p>

General Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/p>

  • This clause applies to all participants who register through the Formosa 7s website.<\/li>
  • Participants must agree to these terms and conditions during the registration process in order to complete the registration procedure.<\/li>
  • Participants are required to ensure that all registration information provided is true and valid.<\/li><\/ul>

    Registration Fees and Payment<\/strong><\/p>

    • The registration fee for each team is NT$18,000.<\/li>
    • All fees are non-refundable once payment has been made, unless specified otherwise by the refund policy.<\/li><\/ul>

      Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/strong><\/p>

      • Cancellation of registration and refund requests must adhere to the refund policy of this platform.<\/li>
      • Any refunds will be subject to applicable administrative fees.<\/li><\/ul>

        Event Changes<\/strong><\/p>

        • The organizers reserve the right to change the event date, venue, or cancel the event due to force majeure or other circumstances beyond their control.<\/li>
        • If the event is canceled due to force majeure, refunds will be processed according to the refund policy.<\/li><\/ul>

          Participant Conduct<\/strong><\/p>

          • Participants are required to adhere to all rules and regulations during the competition.<\/li>
          • Any misconduct may result in disqualification from the event and\/or other disciplinary actions.<\/li><\/ul>

            Data Protection<\/strong><\/p>

            • Participants consent to the organizers using their personal data within the scope of data protection regulations.<\/li><\/ul>

              Conflict Resolution<\/p>

              • In the event of any disputes related to the competition, participants should first contact the organizers for resolution.<\/li>
              • If disputes cannot be resolved internally, they will be handled in accordance with Taiwanese law through appropriate arbitration or judicial procedures.<\/li><\/ul>

                Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>

                • The organizers are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the event.<\/li><\/ul>

                  Changes to the Terms<\/strong><\/p>
